- should be pure vegetarian

- main facilities include bed,wardrobe etc

- other facilities include access to tv ,landline connection ,wifi,cctv, AC,24hr water n electricity supply ,access to washing machine ,kitchen ,etc

- amenities include club house , gym,table tennis, carrom ,basketball court,badminton court, walking areas/garden in ground floor & terrace

- no smoking or drinking or parties

- pets are allowed

- no male guests allowed
