1. Independently handling entire gamut of HR activities. Conceptualizing &
implementation of policies for effective management.
2.Manage all aspects of Human Resources/Personnel functions such as
maintaining personnel files, orienting new employees, obtaining and/or
completing all personnel-related documents, monitoring staff absences,
3. processing payroll, administering benefits, and monitoring compliance
with local, State labor and employment laws.
4. Build & maintain effective Corporate Relations with domestic & I
nternational firms of repute for placements.
5. Target based and Revenue generation is the key role.
6. Find clients and foster long-term relationships and will be responsible
for signing MOUs. Will be responsible for all Pricing, negotiations and
finalizing business contracts.
7. Sourcing the profiles from various Job portals, Networking,references
and creative sourcing techniques which include Self- created database
and Social Networking
8. Lead and manage the team of recruiters towards the numbers needed
as per individual KRAs.
